Winemaking techniques
Grapes harvested by hand and destemmed. After a short maceration it is gently pressed, the cold decanted must is inoculated with selected yeasts which enhance the aromatic expression of the Chardonnay. The wine obtained ages in steel for approximately 3 months.
Taste
The entry into the mouth is soft, with good alcohol content and freshness, with excellent structure, fat and enveloping. It finishes elegantly with sensations of apricot, citrus and hazelnut.
